Planning and Development Commission Reschedules Public Hearing for Land Use Change

The Citrus County Planning and Development Commission (PDC) has rescheduled, at applicant request, the April 4, 2019 Public Hearing to Thursday, May 2, 2019 for applications CPA/AA-19-02 & CPA-19-01 – Clark A. Stillwell, Esq. for the Deltona Corporation.

Planning and Development Commission Reschedules Public Hearing for Land Use Change

The public hearing to propose adopting or changing the use of land at 6651 North Florida Avenue, Hernando, Florida will take place on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at the Lecanto Government Building, Room 166, 3600 West Sovereign Path, Lecanto, Florida 34461 at 9:00am.

The public is invited to attend as the overall impact of these proposals may be significant. Notice has been sent to all affected property owners and adjacent property owners of record located within 500ft. of the affected properties.
