Nature Coast SCORE, which provides mentoring and business support in both Citrus and Levy
counties, and the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, representing 900 plus local business
members, are pleased to announce a unique public event to energize, encourage and excite the
local business community.

Representative Dr. Ralph Massullo Jr. to Speak at Recovery Event for Businesses

The evening event will focus on small business recovery and
entrepreneurial optimism for the future of Florida and the Nature Coast. Special keynote
speaker for the evening will be Florida State Representative, Dr. Ralph E. Massullo Jr.

The free event will take place on Thursday evening, April 28, 2022, beginning with a wine and
appetizer reception at the Citrus County Historical Courthouse Museum, then on to the Valerie
Theatre, both in Inverness, for an evening filled with dynamic speakers to encourage and
inspire attendees navigating the new economy. “As we continue to recover from a worldwide
pandemic it is important to come together and celebrate the resiliency of our local small
businesses and entrepreneurs” said Jennifer Brooks, SCORE co-chairperson.

“This event will be the catalyst for expanded visibility and programming for Nature Coast
SCORE,” said Jim Green, SCORE co-chairperson. “Attendees will have the opportunity to give us

Over the last 30 years, Nature Coast SCORE has provided small business services and support to
area entrepreneurs through face-to-face and virtual mentoring, business workshops on timely
