The Hernando County School District officially opens the Schools of Hope Family Resource Center May 25th at 11:00 – 1:00 p.m.

The Family Resource Center is located on the campus of Moton Elementary School and was created with funds from the Schools of Hope grant from the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE).

Designed as a true community school and intended to serve the families of Moton Elementary, the center will offer adult learning classes, provide health services and include additional learning resources to support families.

Dignitaries, business leaders and community partners will join the Superintendent and members of the School Board for a ribbon cutting ceremony and to tour the new center.
