ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam Session
The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service is offering two opportunities to take the ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam. Sessions will be held July 23 and August 5, 2020, at the One Stop Shop Stallings Building in Dade City. ServSafe is the national food safety certification for those working, or planning to work, in the food industry.
Registration is limited to nine participants in each class, and face coverings are required.

Each class begins at 8:30 a.m.
Class begins with reviewing material from the textbook. The exam will follow lunch, and participants will have two hours to complete the test. Please pack a lunch or plan to purchase food nearby during the lunch break.
