UF/IFAS Pasco Extension offers full-day class, exam February 24, 2021

ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam Session

The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam session Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at the One Stop Shop Stallings building.  ServSafe is the national food safety certification for those working or planning to work in the food industry.

WHEN:          Wednesday, February 24, 2021

8:30 a.m.

Class begins at 8:30 a.m., reviewing material from the textbook.  The exam will follow lunch, and participants will have two hours to complete the test.

Please pack a lunch or plan to purchase food nearby during the lunch break.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks will be required in the classroom.
