Sign up for Salsa Canning Workshop Nov. 4

Making and canning your own salsa is fun, easy and healthy.

Learn how at the upcoming salsa canning workshop on November 4, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Little Rock Cannery located at 15487 Citrus Way in Brooksville.

This four-hour, hands-on workshop will provide the basics for preparing homemade salsa with fresh ingredients and preserving it using the water-bath method. After completing the class, you will have three pints of freshly made and canned salsa to take home.

The cost of the workshop is $20, all supplies are included. Please register by calling (352) 754-4031 no later than October 26, 2017.
