This year marks the 50th anniversary of the iconic music festival, Woodstock, which was held on a dairy farm in the Catskill Mountains on August 15–18, 1969. Attracting an audience of more than 400,000, Woodstock was billed as “An Aquarian Exposition: 3 Days of Peace & Music.”
Woodstock 50, in New York, has been announced but amid much controversy with their financial backing pulled, their production company backing out and now losing their venue, it is not known what will happen.
You can rest assured that Spirit of Woodstock is happening August 16-18, 2019, at one of the prettiest campgrounds in Florida. This summer, we will celebrate the music festival that changed a generation.

There is plenty of space to spread out under the stars while tent camping in Sertoma Youth Ranch’s primitive areas, with easy accessibility to the bathhouse. The park is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your dogs at home!
The covered stage and seating area lends itself to an intimate gathering of like-minded music lovers with a large dance area.
There will be a fantastic array of food and merchandise vendors on-site all weekend.

Remember, Spirit of Woodstock is not just a camping event – single day tickets for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday,, as well as weekend passes, are on sale, so grab them now!
Camping is not required to attend and parking is free. If camping, we recommend that you book now if you want to come for the whole weekend. The water and electric sites are limited. We have unlimited tent camping areas and space for self-contained units with quiet generators.
Our host hotel, the Quality Inn, is located just up at the next exit from the festival if “hotel camping” is more your style!

About Sertoma Youth Ranch
The Spirit of Woodstock event is held to raise funds for Sertoma Youth Ranch which operates as a 501-3C Non-Profit Organization under Fed. ID#59-2603520 and founded by the Sertoma Clubs in the Tampa Bay Area.
It is run by a Board of Directors with a mission to provide a rustic outdoor recreational area for the children of the State of Florida. The ranch is funded in part by donations and events held there.
Sertoma Youth Ranch will always be available to all supervised groups of children, including the physically and mentally challenged, at no charge. This includes but is not limited to Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girls Scouts, Church Youth Group, etc.
