Sunday Funday Festival from now until Halloween at the Crystal River Mall

By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on September 18, 2018

Stop by for lunch or fun at the Crystal River Mall, 1801 US-19, Crystal River, and enjoy a free piñata with lots of candy at 2 p.m. every Sunday through October 30. Participate in the free bean bag toss all day long and look for the new activities and crafts being added each week, ending with the big Mall-O-Ween, trick or treating in the evening and fun all day.

Citrus Coastal Creations is offering half price on spin art, sand art, and sticker art as well as making your own jewelry. Get ready for Halloween with plaster pumpkins, skulls, sugar skulls or Frankenstein, that you can paint at the store or take home to finish. Face painting and temporary tattoos are available too.

At Paint the Town Citrus, walk in and paint any one of the store paintings between noon and 5 pm and they will treat you to a soda or give half off an alcoholic beverage.

When you are hungry stop by Nicky B’s All American for $1.00 off any kids meal, plus a surprise.

At T.G Stylz, guests can buy one service and get the second 1/2 off to use for yourself or with a friend.

The Crystal River Mall opened on October 17, 1990, with guest appearances from Phyllis Diller, Jack Jones, and The Lettermen. It has a unique architecture with the courtyard covered by colorful “sails”. Rural King is the only large store in the mall, but there are several small shops you would expect to find in a downtown environment, making it fun to visit for treasure hunting. The location is north of Crystal River’s downtown on U.S. 19 and it is a great way to spend a rainy day.
