Tri-County Resident “Water School” Workshop: Pre-Register Now

The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service, in partnership with the Pinellas and Hillsborough County Extensions, and the Southwest Florida Water Management District, will offer a “Water School” for residents of the Tri-County area Saturday, July 20, 2019.

Tri-County Resident “Water School” Workshop: Pre-Register Now

This program is designed for any resident, HOA Board member, or community leader interested in learning more about the state of water in Florida; proper use of fertilizers in landscaping and lawns; and irrigation basics and troubleshooting.  Topics will also cover general retention pond management and the proper use of aquatic plants, as well as septic systems and their impact on Florida water.

TRI-COUNTY WATER SCHOOL WORKSHOP:

WHAT: The state of water in Florida, irrigation/fertilizers, pond management & more
WHEN: Saturday, July 20, 2019, from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Hillsborough County Extension Office, 5339 South CR-579, Seffner
HOW: Pre-register online by July 15, 2019.  $15/per person includes lunch.
