Trinity Roadwork Delayed to 7/5

By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on June 30, 2016

Work to rebuild Trinity Boulevard – from Little Road east to State Road 54 – is on hold until the week after the 4th of July holiday.

Construction crews had to delay paving due to a combination of weather and a lack of asphalt supplies.  The contractor will resume work on Trinity Boulevard July 10th, 2016.  At that time, nighttime operations will continue, although commuters can expect some lane-shifting detours during the day.

The Trinity Boulevard paving project began Monday, June 20, 2016.  Message boards will remain on Trinity Boulevard throughout the project to alert drivers that construction is underway.

Improvements to Trinity Boulevard include reconstruction of the road base, roadway resurfacing, pavement markings and restriping.

Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. is performing the work, which is expected to be completed by early August, 2016.

For any questions during the Trinity Boulevard reconstruction project, please contact Pasco County Public Works Paving Assessment at (727) 834-3601 or [email protected].
