UF/Citrus County Extension Announces January Gardening Seminars

Edible landscaping is a Florida-friendly technique that combines traditional landscaping with incorporating vegetables, fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Join UF/Citrus County Extension Master Gardeners for tips on adding delicious, nutritious, and productive plants to your landscape at their January Gardening Seminars.

The Master Gardener Seminars are held in-person at every Citrus County Library System location, beginning at 1:00pm:

Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Lakes Region Library

Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Central Ridge Library

Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Floral City Library

Monday, January 24, 2022 at Coastal Region Library

Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Homosassa Public Library

The program is also offered virtually on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, beginning at 1:00pm. Pre-registration is required at least 4 hours before the seminar begins in order to receive a link for the virtual program. To register, visit https://citrusediblelandscaping.eventbrite.com.

Citizens may also contact the contact UF/Citrus County Extension at (352) 527-5709 to speak to an on-duty Master Gardener between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, or email questions to IF-SVC-CITRUSMG@ad.ufl.edu.
