Florida’s Nature Coast has a beauty and culture all its own. From the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters with natural salt marshes to the historic towns with iconic courthouses and rolling hills with deep forests, this area has thrived on the dreams of many and the tenacity of others.

Gems of the Nature Coast is a locally produced show that is aired on WKYE in Citrus County, and produced by Steven Stofcheck. It features gems in our area, with an emphasis on Citrus County, but looking at moving into Hernando and Citrus counties as opportunities arise. You can see the 7 episodes here.

On August 24, 2016, Jeff Hall released this short video about the Crystal River Archaeological State Park and the site’s historical site.

Crystal River Archaeological State Park is one of the most important archaeological places in Florida. Originally investigated by Clarence B. Moore in the early 1900’s, this ancient burial and ceremonial site still presents more questions than answers.

Dade City is located in east Pasco County. It is a beautiful place where a thriving shopping and dining district emanate from the historic 1909 courthouse. Great antiques, boutiques and eats. Here’s their promotional video:
