It’s easy. Here’s how it works.

We pair you with another volunteer, and together you will use our proven, efficient color-coding system to direct vendors to their appointed places. The majority of the vendors have been here for many years and know exactly where to go.

You will have a master site map and two way radio link to the Dade City Police Department and organizers should you have any questions.

You can join the volunteer team for breakfast at 4:30, since you will not need to be in place to direct vendors until between 5:30 and 6 am.

You will be done at 9 am, so you will have time to enjoy the festival should you chose to.
