Work from Home Resources for Employers

By Florida's Original NatureCoaster™ Posted on March 28, 2020

Pasco County is calling on our local business partners to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) by allowing employees to work from home whenever possible.

Remote access and video and teleconference tools can help you keep your business operating smoothly while protecting the wellness of your customers and team members.

Every effort to implement social gathering and distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Florida Department of Health (DOH) has the potential to reduce the risk for infection and save lives.

COVID-19 Work from Home Resources for Employers

The President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America and CDC recommend avoiding gatherings in groups of more than 10 people and avoiding prolonged contact within six feet of another person.

Employees who feel sick should stay home and contact their medical provider for further instruction.  Florida DOH has online resources to help guide you through this process, as well as what to do for a sick family member.
